Communication, Attendance, and Technology
- Work will be posted each school day for students and families by 8:00 a.m.
- Students in grades K-8 can communicate with their teacher via Google Classroom.
- Teachers will be available each day (M-F) for student and/or parent questions during a set time: see schedule below. Since teachers may be on live calls with students, there may be a delay in responses.
- Parents who email teachers after 2:00 PM can expect a response by 12:00 PM the following school day.
- Students must check-in daily by 8:00 PM in order to be marked present for the day.
- Families can check-out a Chromebook for students to use at home.
- Families will sign an agreement with the school indicating their acceptance of responsibility for the Chromebook(s). As stated in the agreement, a replacement fee will be charged if the Chromebook is lost or damaged.
- 8:00: All work will be assigned for the day
- 8:00-10:00: ELA time
- Teachers will schedule small reading group time for students as well as time for general questions
- Students will work on assigned ELA work and lessons
- 10:00-11:00: Math time
- Teachers will schedule small group math time for students as well as time for general questions and support
- Students will work on assigned math work and lessons
- 11:00-11:30: Audio story time
- 11:30-12:00: Students work on their assigned science and social studies lessons
- 12:00: Lunch and active time
- 1:00: Live Religion lesson
- Daily recitation of the Rosary

- 1:45-2:30: Students work on their social studies and science lessons, teachers are available for general questions
- 2:30-3:00: Ancillary activity for the day
- 8:00: Class assignments and videos will be posted for the day
- Students will follow the daily schedule for their subjects

- Students watch recorded video with the lesson for the day
- Students begin to work on independent work
- Teacher is available to answer questions for the last 20 minutes of class

- Students have a larger assignment that has been assigned
- Teacher schedules meetings with individual students or small groups to meet and discuss progress
- Sample 4 Structure for Class for differentiated instruction
- Students watch instructional video
- Students have independent work to complete
- Teacher schedules small groups to work on specific topics/skills
- Assignments need to be turned in using Google Classroom.
