Visitation Day/Assessment:
All prospective students should plan on spending a day at the school with their perspective class or grade group. Prospective students should wear their school uniform or appropriate clothing (including khaki pants or blue pants, white or navy polo) and bring a lunch and snack. If the visitation is during the summer, the student need only come to the school to be given an academic assessment. This assessment usually takes about 90 minutes.

- OMOS Pre-Registration Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records (current)
- Transcript OR most current Report Card
- IEP/504 (if applicable)

- Scheduling a school visitation (may include assessment if student is entering 3rd-8th grade).

** $250 registration fee per family (Fee is only charged after acceptance, then set up on a plan of 10 payments)
Upon completion of the visitation day, the student may be enrolled for next year after a review of academic records and assessment results. If for some reason the student is not accepted for enrollment, the registration fee will be refunded.
